Rain & Refund Policy
In the Event of Rain Cancellation based on Full Tourney Amount (600) 1 game played 2/3 back credit 2 games played 1/3 Credit. 3 Games Played No Credit. In the event of full tourney cancellation before event starts you can request full refund or credit towards another date.
Refund / Removal From Tourney
Remove From Tourney Date in Order to receive REFUND or Credit. Tourney Removal submission must be submitted 8days prior to the Tourney event. In the case of your team not being able to attend a tourney and request removal from tourney the week of the tourney (monday-Tourney) you will forfiet said tourney Funds.
